When I inquired about areas to be sure to see in Olympic National Park no one mentioned Hurricane Ridge. I had never heard of it before I arrived at the park. To be certain, Hurricane Ridge is one of my favorite places in the park. I spent half the day wandering the trails on the ridge and enjoying the sights. It was so beautiful to watch the clouds roll in and cover the mountainside. If you click on the very right, roughly center, of the image you'll see the 'tiny' trees in the background shrouded in clouds.
