There's a great story behind this photograph. I was traveling to Yosemite National Park and stopped overnight at the Tenaya Lodge outside of Yosemite's south entrance. The first snow storm of the season blew in overnight and dropped much more snow than expected. The Lodge left the rental bikes out and here's the result.

I had my first camera since before my teens. I used a (Minolta) film camera up until about 8 years ago when my camera failed to function while on a trip to Yellowstone National Park. Although a little intimidated, I then ventured into the world of digital photography and I've never looked back. My passion is nature. I started out primarily photographing flowers, plants, and critters that I would find in my garden. I love gardening and the great outdoors.
